Drill Team Camp edit delete
North Augusta High School NJROTC will be sponsoring our first Drill Team Camp this summer at Clarks Hill National Guard camp from 28-31 July 2015. This is for all interested in being on the competitive drill team next school year to establish and practice our drill routines. We need incoming freshman interested in color guard/flags, armed drill with rifles, and basic drill as there are separate events at our competitions for first year cadets. There is a fee that covers all lodging and meals for the 3 day/night camp.

For registration or information contact Commander Beck or Chief Schadler, 803.442.6105.
Rising Freshman Orientation edit delete
The North Augusta NJROTC Unit will conduct its annual Freshman Orientation program form July 20-23 2015, during the day including provided lunch. Incoming freshmen who are registered for NJROTC are invited and encouraged to attend. This program will help you, as incoming freshmen, familiarize yourself with the NJROTC unit and get a head start in the NJROTC for the 2015-2016 school year. This orientation program is strictly voluntary. If you are not able to attend for some reason, it will not affect your future success in the program. During the Orientation Program, you will have a change to meet the instructors and the cadet officer staff, become familiar with NJROTC activities and competitive teams, learn basics of military drill, and be issued a uniform (if you attend each of the four days), and get your first promotion. On Thursday, July 23, there will be an Awards Ceremony and Pass-in-Review followed by refreshments. This ceremony is for parents, families and friends to attend to see your cadet's achievement during this week.

For registration or more information contact Commander Beck or Chief Schadler, 803.442.6105.
